This one pot meal comes together in about fifteen minutes.
The recipe below makes two servings.
Ingredients
- 4 oz (113 g) Penne pasta
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1 cup peas
- ¼ cup pesto
- 4 oz Feta Cheese
Procedure
Add pasta and water to a microwave safe bowl to a total of 32 liquid ounces (Fasta Pasta level 3). Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Clean and cut asparagus into 1½” lengths.
Stir the pasta. Add the asparagus. Microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir the pasta and asparagus. Add peas and microwave for 3 minutes.
Drain the water. Portion onto two plates. Divide the pesto between each serving and stir. Top with the Feta cheese.
